Most carpet is dry in 2–4 hours, depending on the fiber and thickness. Because we don't leave soap residue behind, nothing holds moisture in the carpet.
What stains can you remove?
Most of them: pet accidents, food, drinks, ink and worn traffic lanes. Some oil-based stains are harder, and dried paint usually won't come out. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Do you clean stairs and area rugs too?
Yes. Stairs, hallways and area rugs can all be added to the visit. Wool and silk rugs get a gentler, more careful approach.
Will cleaning keep my carpet warranty valid?
Many carpet warranties require regular professional cleaning, often every 12 to 18 months. Twice a year complies with most of them.
