Most carpet is dry in 2–4 hours, depending on the fiber and thickness. Because we don't leave soap residue behind, there's nothing holding moisture in the carpet.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Everything we use is non-toxic and eco-friendly, and safe for people, pets and the environment. We do suggest keeping pets somewhere comfortable during the visit, since many don't like the sound of the equipment.
What kinds of carpet stains can you remove?
Most of them: pet accidents, food, drinks, ink and worn traffic lanes. Some oil-based stains are harder to remove, and dried paint usually won't come out. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
How often should carpet be professionally cleaned?
We recommend every six months. That keeps most carpet manufacturer warranties valid and stops dirt from wearing into the fibers. If you have a spill you can't get out, call us any time.
How soon can you schedule a cleaning?
We usually have openings within 1–2 days. If we can fit you in the same day, we will.
